There is room in front of the ice skating rink to put a winter chalet or cabin should you wish to live in winter full time. As you skate, there are skating sounds that you hear, but they only come on when you are skating. As you walk through the snow, there are crunching sounds as you walk through the snow, but only as you walk. As soon as you stop walking or skating, the sounds stop.

(Transparent items will turn red.) Move your camera up until you see red balls. Click each of these globes to turn off the snow. And then use Ctrl+Alt+T to turn off the transparency. To turn them back on turn on the transparency and click all of the invisible snow globes. The snow will start falling again. Some of the snow is round and fluffy, and others are a drizzling snow, which magically twinkles as they fall.

Insane Asylum

The Insane Asylum is finally done yay! What fun it was to put this build together for you during this Halloween Season 2016. The Insane Asylum has a ground and second floor and then the spooky attic. In the attic is the electric chair for electric shock therapy the chair is fashioned after the ones used to electrocute criminals so it's extra scary. As an avatar gets close to the chair the buzzing of the past electric shock therapies are heard along with the victim's screams. When you sit down you are the body that is jerked and twisted as you undergo electric-shock treatment. There are two beds on this floor with blood on them.

On the second floor is a hidden room where they make you take baths in blood and there is a bloody bed in the open area. These rooms are lit by florescent lights that wink and blink on and off. The lights are emitting an annoying buzzing sound, which is sure to drive the inmates crazy.

On the ground floor in the open area is a surgical table where experiments are carried out. In the room on the second floor, there is a butcher's block with blood on it and as you lay down on it a butcher's knife cleaves your skull in two.

Insane Asylum Furniture

The insane asylum has boarded up windows and doors and has shabby green, peeling paint on the walls and ceiling. There is a faded and scuffed green checkered designs on all the floors adding to the depressing surroundings.

All the furniture within this structure is specifically made for avatars who are .38th of a meter tall or smaller. The building is big because in a smaller structure small avies can't maneuver their cameras very well so this building is bigger than a petite avatar, but make no mistake the furniture is for small avies.

There are teleporters on each floor with an option of going up or down by one or two floors. All the teleporters and furniture are organized by the rezzer that these items come in. The furniture wasn't working any other way but inside a rezzer.

Rezzer:

How to work your rezzer. Place it on the ground in the direction that you want your building to rezz
there are two arrows on the sides of the rezzer indicating up. Right click the rezzer and choose touch.

From the menu choose rezz, click the button. The building will rezz either in front of you or back of you. You can rotate and move the rezzer until the building is where you want it to be. to move the box, right click and choose edit. Use the default move or rotate to move the rezzer into the position where you want the Insane Asylum to be placed. Delete the box or hide it under the ground so that you can derezz at will. If you plan to keep up the Insane Asylum indefinitely, delete the box. 

Hanging Tree

Happy October 2016! And you know what this season is.... Halloween. To jump start the 2016 Halloween Season, I've made a perfectly beautiful gruesome hanging tree. The upper branches look magical in orange fall colors on the oak tree leaves, but on the two lowest branches is a gruesome sight. One limb has bodies that were hung and left to rot hanging in various composition of decay. At the foot of the tree is a rotting body sitting up against the tree in the fog. On the other lowest branch are four ropes with nooses hanging from the tree. These nooses are for your friends to go hang themselves!

The tree is haunted by the wind as the ropes swing the ropes grind against the tree and your neck. This tree is no mod, yes copy, yes partial mesh, and no transfer. The tree has 59 prims. I recognize that this is a high number of prims, but you'll probably not put it out, but once a year and what fun it will be to hang your friends by their necks!

The hanging tree is an homage to a lithograph with a similar name. Back in the day, if you were a soldier and acted without permission and you hurt the citizens of the village you were in then you were immediately hung from the nearest tree. 

Swing Set of Death

The Swing Set of Death is a true adventure in the macabre. This swing set is set on a heap of skulls and dried blood. The posts are burnt corpses; around the top are corpses that have turned a sickly green. At the base of the corpse, posts are skeletons, zombies, and more corpses. The swings are made from intestine meat. a sickly gray-green fog. The fog is not linked to the build because it is a prim. When you pick up this build make sure you pick up the fog disk too, otherwise, it will continue to bellow fog.

There are five swinging benches. four of the swings have three sits each one in the seat and one hidden in the chains. There is one bench that swings much more wildly that only has two sits, one in the bench and one in the left chain as you face the bench. The Swing Set of Death set is yes copy, no mod, and no transfer yes it is partial mesh. The entire build has 39 prims. This swing set is made for avatars whose height is about .38th of a meter tall or 1.5 feet tall. The swings creak when activated.

Unpacking and Rezzer Instructions:

Unpacking: the box that the swing comes in can be unpacked directly into your inventory.  DO NOT UNPACK THE REZZER.

Rezzer: There is a second box inside, DO NOT UNPACK. Place the rezzer on the ground and click it. A menu will pop up with options, derez and rez. Click the rezz button and the swing set will rezz. If the swing set isn't where you'd like it move the rezzer with the Edit menu's "Move or Rotate" options. The front of the rezzer box is wood with a kitty branded into the middle of the box panel.

The Halloween Season 2016 is almost over, but before we say goodbye this year, home and garden for petite avatars is presenting the Witch's Cauldron Swing Set. This swing set features a black witch's cauldron with green soup with brains, bones, and eyes floating in the soup with sickly-green fog rising from the pot. The swings are around the octagon poles, which are made from dark wood. Strung from the top posts is a spider's web with a brown spider sitting in his web waiting patiently for it's prey.

Haunted Swing Set

The Halloween Season 2016 is almost over, but before we say goodbye this year, home and garden for petite avatars is presenting the Haunted Swing Set. This swing set features a well of souls with ghosts rising from the center, and every 60 seconds there are moans from the restless spirits. Fog roll out from the well.  The swings are around the octagon poles, which are made from cherry wood while this contrasts with the dark wood swings. Strung from the top posts is a spider's web with a gaping hole in it, The ground is dark and bloody.

There are five swinging benches. four of the swings have three sits each one in the seat and one hidden in the chains. There is one bench that swings much more wildly that only has two sits, one in the bench and one in the left chain as you face the bench. The haunted swing set is yes copy, no mod, and no transfer. The entire build has 37 prims. This swing set is made for avatars whose height is about .38th of a meter tall or 1.5 feet tall. The swings creak when activated.

Unpacking and Rezzer Instructions:

Unpacking: the box that the swing comes in can be unpacked directly into your inventory.  DO NOT UNPACK THE REZZER.

There was a problem with the teleporter system when it was originally built. I didn't realize it until recently. So now the Haunted House is in a rezzer along with the teleport system. I also updated the hangman's noose to remove one prim from this build. To see more pictures of the haunted house, go to my flicker photostream.

The Haunted House with Graveyard plus Accessories has also been updated due to the same problem: the teleporter. This item has been placed in a rezzer now so that there is no messing up the teleport system.

The other items that were updated, but no new pictures were taken of them were the Vampire Castle. The teleport system needed fixing. Now there is an up and down using the gargoyles at the front of the balcony to the roof and reverse. The castle is now in a rezzer box.

The Vampire Mansion with Cemetery was also updated due to the same issue: the teleporter. The gargoyles are now separate from the mansion, which required this home to be placed in a rezzer. Other minor items here were updated too. There was a fire in the cemetery, that I didn't realize was there and no that is removed. There was a wall panel that I replaced as well as shutting the curtains all the way. The mansion was placed in a rezzer so that the TP system can be used.

The last item that needed rezzers fixed was the Vampire Mansion with Mausoleum. The teleporter are in the gargoyles and at the front of the house on the left as you look at it goes up and the same in the back. The down is from the roof on the right side of the mansion in both front and back.
